We are extremely busy here at dmbfansite, and unfortunately we don't have the time to update the news as often as we would like to. Therefore, I'd like to make it official that are news will now be on Blog-Eyed Fish, the #1 source for DMB News, period. It will be our official news hoster, and we will update there ourselves on occasion. I'd like to thank Colin for allowing this to happen :) This update will not only put more news in your head, but allow you to comment the news and much more. I can't wait :) Enjoy.
I've been working quite hard, and I'm over half done all the wallpapers. As a matter of fact, in total, there are over 300 wallpapers. 300. I can't wait for this to be opened. Expect it by the end of this week. =]
As you may know by now, Dave Matthews is going on a solo tour in Western Europe this winter, Dave & Tim performed together, the Best of DMB album was released and debuted at #10. However, over here the biggest news is our wallpaper section. We've been getting seriously fall backs due to hosting problems, until I decided that I'll host all of our 200+ wallpapers by myself. Yes, 200+! We are putting the finishing touches on. This will be one of the biggest DMB Wallpaper Section on the net! I can't wait! Oh, and did we tell you that a new big contest is coming up? Oh, times are good, times are good.
The newsletter for October has been sent out. If you haven't signed up yet you can do so by looking to the left. Or you can go to the forums and see the archive of all the newsletters ever sent, including this one. The poll has also been changed, and as always the results to the old polls can be found by clicking the link right under the poll. Be sure to vote in the current one!
As you probably know, the summer tour ended with a bang on September 23rd in Charlottesville, VA - the home town of DMB. However with endings there are always new beginnings; with that said we can tell you about the new beginnings happening in the world of DMB and in the workld of DMBFansite/KKJ. So, let's start with DMB. Tim & Dave will be playing together yet again, so here is the bit from dmband.com: "We are excited to announce that Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will be performing on Monday, October 30, 2006 at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles, CA as part of the "Traveling Through Life" concert series presented by Citi® / AAdvantage® card. Tickets will be limited and are scheduled to go on sale to Citi® / AAdvantage® cardmembers exclusively on Monday, October 9, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. PST at www.privatepass.citi.com. Funds raised through the event will benefit the Bama Works Youth Initiative, which focuses on empowering high school students to participate in the process of philanthropy through the hands on selection and execution of various community projects. Bama Works Youth Initiative projects will center on community youth programs including arts, sports and education."
However, that's not all. Fenway was released in stores nation wide, though the sales haven't been amazing to date - nor have they been that bad either ;) We also have some more info on The Best of What's Around, so stay tuned to KKJ where everything will be posted. Now for our world.
We will start off with the biggest change. The layout. It's happened and we like it. We are all under one tree, so come and relax now. Come to DMBFansite.com for all the latest news and much much more while go to KitKatJam.com for a loving DMB community that you can be a part of, new or old. As for further updates, the store (yes we have a store) has gotten a relief - as in the logo's for everything has changed - and believe me, they look a lot better. So go check it out now! Click Here! We're still not done... Our Bios page will become more indepth, our wallpaper page is going along smoothly, new polls and of course newsletters will be out within the next day or two. So go and enjoy, because there's a lot you can :)
Notice anything different about the site? Sure? Press refresh. How about now? Thought so. We at DMB Fan Site have decided to change our colours. That's right. We used to be a weird type of forum blue, with a pretty bad logo to say the least. We weren't very happy with it so we have decided to change it. Massively. Not only have we changed to what I think is a much more suitable brown but we also have a new logo! Just to explain the logo, it shows DMB in bold, as that is our one and primary focus, followed by the url, dmbfansite.com so it's easy to remember. But it shows a tree, a tree in which we fall under, the tree of community, where we can gather, meet, and discuss. It truly represents what kind of community we'd like to become (and it's another reason we chose the colour brown). Not only that but one DMB song quickly comes up when tree is mentioned, and that is the Dreaming Tree. So, now we have an actual logo, and new colours. The new and much improved wallpaper page is coming, and a new redesign for KKJ is also coming. We are all under one tree. Enjoy the changes :)
Leroi is 40 today! Congrats!
DMB is yet again auctioning some front row and beyond tickets with proceeds going to the Bama Works Fund. To view the tickets available and more click HERE and for more information click HERE.

On August 12th, DMB will be shown live from their scheduled tour date in West Palm Beach, Florida on AOL Music thanks to Network Live. The concert will also be heard on "XM Satellite Radio "XYZ"". The show is going to start at 8:30 PM just to be sure. It will also be available on demand from AOL Music to be watched whenever you want, and will also be aired on XM Satellite Radio again on a later date. Be sure to watch, or if you're there then smile for the camera :D
We have set up a new Guestbook! It has a much cleaner interface and is much more interactive! It also allows ratings, so come on in and post your comments :D The old one has been archived and the link can be found on the current Guestbook page. Enjoy.
From www.dmband.com: "We are excited to announce that Dave Matthews Band will be the special guest of the Rolling Stones at their tour stop at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas on October 20, 2006. Tickets for the Rolling Stones/DMB show will go on sale through Ticketmaster on August 12, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time."
From www.dmband.com: "Dave Matthews Band will be releasing a Greatest Hits record in the near future in order to fulfill an obligation to their label, RCA Records. In order to shape the Greatest Hits combination of studio/live songs into the best possible release, DMB would like to gather feedback from its dedicated fan base. We have created to survey where you may select up to 10 of your favorite DMB songs. You may also include a show date next to the song choice if you have a favorite from a live show. Please click here to fill out the survey. We look forward to receiving your top ten favorite songs and thank you for your time and valuable feedback!"
We have finally finished re-designing certain pages of our site. The pages which received the cleansing were: About Us, Contact Us, Biographies, Links, FAQ, and the Daily News. Updates to these pages will still come, however the look will not change. As for the Links page which was done today, it was completely edited, organized, and cleaned. Enjoy!
We received an e-mail from a fellow fan notifying us that he was not certain whether he had confirmed his subscription. We quickly figured out the problem - our settings on our newsletter system weren't changed since January, and if you were to confirm your subscription or unsubscribe it would take to you www.dmbfansite.tk and since the url is no longer used it could take you off to a random page not related or affiliated by our site at all and obviously this confused people. However, we have fixed this. Now it will take you to a page that is clearly ours and it will clearly say that you have succesfully been subscribed/unsubscribed. Thank you to this fan for bringing this to our attention.
After a lot of time of finding and sorting our newsletters, I have created a Newsletter Archive! So if you missed one, or just want to read them over again and deleted yours then that is the place for you! To access it, click "Newsletter Archive" under the Newsletter sign-up form or click HERE. Yes, it has ALL of our newsletters, included the first one released in November, 2005 and will include all our future ones as well (August's is in there). So go check them out, and read the history of dmbfansite.com!
As some of you may have noticed, prior to now the Copyright disclaimer at the bottom of each page was very incorrect as it was as so: "Copyright 2006 - dmbfansite.com - All Rights Reserved". We certainly do not have ownership over the lyrics, images, or anything related to DMB so today is was permanently fixed on all pages to be as so: "All trademarks and copyrights owned by their respective owners. All other contents copyright 2006 - dmbfansite.com - All Rights Reserved.". Much better! :D Now, the About Us Page has also had a look update and will be updated again soon. Other pages are to follow. :)
I have organized the Biography section and I will be adding more to it soon. Updates very similair to that will also occur on other pages throughout the site, such as F.A.Q., About Us, Contact Us, Poll Results, possibly Discography, and possibly Lyrics. Hope you all enjoy the updates, and remember, we are working very hard to bring this all to you. :D
Update: I have finished the Poll Results page and the rest will be done within the next month.
As you clearly see, we have a new news "system" set up. It will make reading the news a much more delightful and easier thing for all to do, and will make the coding a lot more organized for myself. However, this is not the only thing that has changed. Now we will make occasional clearances of news topics as we did today, and all the older topics will be - obviously - put in the "Older News" section. Ahh, but I'm not done yet. I have fixed some of the coding and put it into one file for the site (the css to be exact) to make changing colours of the site and more much easier. Now, Fan Stories. We have been making the pages for this for quite a while, and it's finally coming to dmbfansite.com! However, we need your stories! So if you have a story or know a friend who does, e-mail us your story or tell your friend to do the same. To send it, e-mail it to dmbfansite@gmail.com. We are planning to open it officially sometime in August, so make sure to send in your stories!
August's newsletter has been sent out. Be sure to read it if you're subscribed, and if not then subscribe now!
A new monthly poll is (finally) up. Please make sure you vote. The newsletter for August will also be sent out tomorrow so be prepared! As for the lyrics, our lyrics are now 95% complete. They were about 65-70% complete at this time last week, so that is certainly a bonus! We will finish it off soon! Be sure to visit the forums as well!
We have updated the navigation section of the site - not visibly however in the way that it can be updated for future and soon upcoming additions to the site (there are too many to list ;)). I personally can't wait. As for soemthing else, all the lyrics will be soon updated and the albums with no lyrics will have lyrics within the week! Ahh, so much to do :D
We know a lot hasn't been done lately that is visible, but we are working! It's vacation time so enjoy the summer, updates will continue, the newsletter will be sent out today or tomorrow, and we will be on our way again!
A new poll is up about our Mobile Setlists and as all of you know, the biggest tournament ever started today! Good luck to all the countries!
As you all know, our live setlists have been going great so far. However, we'e just made it better by saving refreshing times and by adding a mobile setlist! To access the mobile setlist, type in dmbfansite.com/mobile.htm into your mobile browser. It also auto-refreshes and is a text only version! Enjoy!
Our Lyrics Page should now be working, and our Setlist Game is officially open. Register for our forums to be a part of it! You can access the page here: http://kitkatjam.com/index.php?showforum=19
Our Song Interpretation preperation forum is now up so that we can begin collection YOUR interpretations of all the DMB songs to create one of the largest collection of the sort on the net! The link is: http://kitkatjam.com/index.php?showforum=20. The lyrics are also under slight renovation for more features. Some may not work for a week, sorry for the inconvenience.
Rae's new Article - entitled "What Would You Say?" is out. It can be viewed by clicking "Articles" in the Navigation. It is an interactive article, and it is just part 1! So check it out as soon as you can!
New Article - 06/05/21 - Rae's new Article - entitled "What Would You Say?" is out. It can be viewed by clicking "Articles" in the Navigation. It is an interactive article, and it is just part 1! So check it out as soon as you can!THEN, we have: " Dave Matthews Band announced on April 25th that it has issued a $1.5 million challenge grant to help build the New Orleans Habitat Musicians' Village. The Village is a Habitat for Humanity project that seeks to build more than 300 homes in the city's Upper Ninth Ward with musicians and other New Orleanians who were displaced by Hurricane Katrina. The New Orleans Habitat Musicians' Village was conceived by Branford Marsalis and Harry Connick Jr., honorary chairs of Habitat for Humanity's hurricane rebuilding program, Operation Home Delivery. The Village will consist of Habitat-constructed homes and will feature the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music, named for the patriarch of the Marsalis clan, modern jazz pioneer and native New Orleanian. Immediately following Hurricane Katrina, DMB added a fourth night to their concert run at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Golden, CO. The tour-ending concert raised $1.5 million which is the source of funding for the challenge grant. To support the New Orleans Habitat Musicians' Village, please visit www.habitat-nola.org and click on Musicians' Village, or mail a check to:
NOAHH - Musicians' Village
P.O. Box 15052
New Orleans, LA 70175-5052"
Last, but not least: " Premier Ticket auctions will begin soon on Yahoo for the first of Dave Matthews Band's summer shows. For most shows, four pairs of front row tickets will be available for auction as well as a pair of tickets in the second through fifth rows. Proceeds from the auctions will benefit DMB's Bama Works Fund. The Bama Works Fund was established by Dave Matthews Band to carry out the band's commitment to charitable works both close to home and worldwide. From the Amazon Rain Forest to community parks, Bama Works has given to several non-profit organizations, community programs, and charities."
Anything else you ask? Tour page will be updated - and we will be going through some major site changes thanks to the help of Noel - you'll see :)

In other news, we are working on the system to show live setlists on most pages, are working on our song databse, and also updating our tabs system. Therefore the tabs may not work for a while. Sorry for this inconvenience.
06/04/20- Quoted from the Official DMB Site: " We are pleased to announce that Yonder Mountain String Band has been added to the Randall’s Island lineup and will perform on both days on the second stage. Gov’t Mule and Bela Fleck and the Flecktones will perform on the main stage before Dave Matthews Band on Saturday, August 5, 2006 and David Gray and Bela Fleck and the Flecktones will perform on the main stage before DMB on Sunday, August 6, 2006. Slightly Stoopid and Tea Leaf Green will perform both days on the second stage. A limited quantity of tickets are currently available through Ticketmaster.". Minor changes also made to the site.
06/04/17- Happy Easter everyone! There is one change to the site. We replaced the Search Box with a Quick Login to the forums. We will still have a search of the site, however it will be added later, and will be its own page (such as lyrics, etc.). If you have not registered for the forums yet, under the quick login click register! Now! Have a happy day off. :)
06/04/15- Added a new Ringtone - Ants Marching. I'd also like to wish everyone a happy weekend :)
06/04/13- Quoted from the DMB Newsletter: " We are pleased to announce that Dave Matthews Band will be performing a second show at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 with Robert Randolph & the Family Band to perform as support. The September 12, 2006 show at the Pepsi Center is SOLD OUT.

06/04/11- I have updated the Media Page... Simple but helps. I also want to outline what we are planning to do. We are planning to team up with other sites to bring you a big collection of artwork including AIM Icons, Wallpaper, Display Pictures, and more. It will be one of the largest collections of the type on the net. Please support us in our long journey. Because the database will be so large we will have seperate pages for Wallpaper, a seperate page for AIM Icons, and so on and so forth. We will also introduced a new part of the site - Display Names - which will show many original famous lines of many songs. In other news, according to the poll so far, it seems that the project for song interpretations will go on, and will be expected to be complete (if final count goes towards it) by the start of June. We will also update our Tabs Database, and expect it to be fully complete by the end of the summer - it is a big database. So, not far from now, we will have an almost complete site - a site that James and I originally hoped we had. And when that day comes, oh we will celebrate - for life is short but sweet for certain.
06/04/08- You may notice that there is a new funciton to the site - Search. It is located on the left as the last "box". It is still in BETA and is only on the first page because of that. Another thing is that only a couple pages are in the Yahoo Index so the searches won't be incredibly accurate - yet.
06/04/08- The forums - Kit Kat Jam - have gotten a major face lift. Also, most tickets go on sale today, and Fonzy has posted some new things on his blog. Be sure to check it out!
06/04/03- Everyone, please go to the forums! This is because: I made registration much easier and we are going to get a seperate domain for our forums. We need you to vote (we have a selection) and this is important so vote right away! You'll see what I mean ;)
06/04/02- I just made a new wallpaper. If you'd like to see it please go to the Media Section or click the thumbnail below. Enjoy =)
06/04/02- I'd just like to thank everyone for their hard work on this site. I searched "dmb fansite" on Google and to my surprise we were third (after only nancies and ants). I think that proves something and that we are slowly growing. Thanks!
06/04/01- I finished adding all the products to our shop so please check them out! By the way, if for some reason you can't see the ad the link to our shop is http://www.cafepress.com/dmbfansite.
06/04/01- If you look in the advertisement section under the content of every page you will see a banner. That banner is ours and it pretty much explains it all. We have opened a "store" for people to help support our site. You can buy T-Shirts, Magnets, Bumper Stickers, and more. Some things only cost $1 so comon and pich in by supporting our site. We need the support because of ever growing costs. Thanks in advance.
06/04/01- First of all, Happy April Fools. Please watch your every step... or else. Now, other than that there is one thing that we will inform you of which is that the news will consist of the latest 10-15 stories, not the month's stories. Other than that we are good. Have a great weekend!
06/03/30- According to a newsletter from The Warehouse the next album in the Live Trax series is coming out - Live Trax 5. It features the 8.23.1995 Meadow Brook Music Festival. Quoted from the newsletter:
"8.23.1995 Meadow Brook Music Festival, Rochester Hills, MI is the fifth volume of Dave Matthews Band's Live Trax series and is now available for preorder as a 2-CD set or as a digital download in MP3 or FLAC format. All preorders of the Meadow Brook Music Festival show will receive a free newly designed DMB sticker. We are also offering several special bundles with this preorder. The T-shirt being offered is being recreated from the third t-shirt design DMB used. It features stick figures of the band members and was used from 1993 until the end of the summer in 1995.
8.23.1995 Meadow Brook Music Festival took place during the tour for Under the Table and Dreaming, DMB's first release on RCA Records. Dave Matthews Band was just beginning to move from playing smaller clubs and theatres to playing larger amphitheatre settings.
8.23.1995 Meadow Brook Music Festival is another crew favorite. David Ryan Harris, guitarist for Dionne Farris' band, performed with DMB during six songs of the concert. Rhyme and Reason is a notable song featuring David Ryan Harris harmonizing on guitar with the violin and saxophone parts of the song. A twelve minute Exodus, played rarely in DMB history, was also a highlight of this show. Jimi Thing is also exceptional at fifteen minutes. The encore begins with a soulful solo performance of Typical Situation by Dave Matthews and then explodes into All Along the Watchtower also featuring David Ryan Harris."
It features (in order): Proudest Monkey, Satellite, One Sweet World, Drive In Drive Out, Warehouse, Tripping Billies, Lover Lay Down, Rhyme and Reason, Exodus, Jimi Thing, Pay for What You Get, Two Step, Ants Marching and as the encore features: Typical Situation (Dave solo) and All Along the Watchtower (with David Ryan Harris). The album is available for pre-order by Clicking Here
06/03/29- Just a minor thing for the public but a much brighter change for us. We have a new ad system and will start selling ad space soon so be ready!
06/03/29- A couple things in today's news. First is that we will have to keep off contests for now however if you would like to sponsor a contest please e-mail me at: dmbfansite@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do. However there will be a 1 year later contest starting on May 30th, 2006. This will be exactly one year since we started the site. Believe me, you'll want to enter it. Next is that the site will have more updates and news more often. So don't change the channel and stay tuned. "The best is yet to come"
06/03/28- Stefan recently posted on his blog site about the first day of recording for the band. Quite something to read. The link to the story is: http://www.izstyle.com/features/index.php?tid=173. For site news I was thinking of putting a page up for every song that included background info, and the interpretations. Tell me what you think or send me interpretations/background info of any song to me by e-mail at dmbfansite@gmail.com. Thanks in advance and enjoy the rest of the week.
06/03/21- Quite possibly the biggest week in DMB Fan Site history. This week - as you can all see - has had major changes. The first is the layout. Now it's compatible with all browsers, all resolutions, it's all good. 100% Expandable gives increased text space and just a better viewing experience. As you may also notice everything that has to do with dmbfansite.tk is gone because we have a domain name now! dmbfansite.com! From now on, please only use dmbfansite.com since there are no pop-ups, at all. Be happy. This came at our expense and we hope it was worth it. Enjoy and update your bookmarks! By the way, we need to now fix all our banners so give us time. Thanks.
06/03/14- A bit of news - we are happy to say that we will probably be moving to a better server. Please stay with us in the meanwhile. Thanks!
06/03/11- For those that see the snowflakes, please know that this will become routine on our site. For each season there will be a symbol, and for the first and last week of that season the symbol will come "pouring" down. The one exception is winter in which it will snow the whole month. So once it starts raining, you'll know spring is here! Hopefully youa ll enjoy the update.
06/03/10- For those who use IE to access the site, you will see that snowflakes are falling. I put this up to remind everyone that it's still winter. Once it's not then these snowflakes will dissappear. Enjoy them while they last :)
06/03/10 - CELEBRATION! - We have (finally) gotten first place for the DMB Top Sites. I'd like to thank everyone who voted. I will put up a contest in celebration (well, March contest. Same thing). Again, thanks a lot and keep on voting!
06/03/10- The poll has been updated and so has the poll results page. Go vote now! "Have you visited the forums yet?"
06/03/01-To start off March DMB released the OFFICIAL Tour Dates. They can be found at our Tour section so be sure to check them out and don't forget to visit the forum to discuss all about the upcoming tour and more.
06/02/22-March's Newsletter was sent out today. If you didn't get one, it means you haven't signed up or haven't validated your e-mail address. If so, sign-up today! You don't want to miss it!
06/02/21-Looking for that perfect wallpaper? Visit dmbwallpaper.net! It has most of our wallpapers and many many more! Check them out today and send the owner a comment!
06/02/20-I'm sure you're all anxiously awaiting the tour dates. Well, we have gotten some NON-OFFICIAL Tour Dates for this Summer's Tour. If you want to check them out, click on Tour in the nav bar. Enjoy =)
06/02/19-Some DMB News? Of course. According to the DMB Newsletter they will announce tour dates for this summer, and according to
Warehouse members there will be a U.K. performance in February. Another interesting thing is that they are planning to perform at the Jazz Fest
in New Orleans. I'm sure it'll be great. As for site news, many of you probably have noticed that the Contest Suggestion (under the Contest
Page) didn't work. I went to a new server and it works =) Be sure to submit your suggestions a.s.a.p. (and by the way, contest will be monthly
now). Hope all of you had a great weekend!
06/02/16-So as you all know Rachel is one of our official staff and is an article writer. What you DON'T know is that it's a monthly
article (if you want to suggest an article go to the forums) and that February's Article is written. Visit the Article Page by clicking HERE or by clicking "Articles" above. Be sure to leave a comment on her work through the guestbook or through e-mail
(dmbfansite@gmail.com). Thanks!
06/02/14-First of all I would like to wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day. Enjoy it while it lasts. Now today is a day we will
remember. Our 3rd staff member has joined and we are all very excited! We welcome Rachel who will be the article writer. For more info visit
the About Us page. By the way the forum is VERY active but more people posting would be great so go down and atleast have a look!
06/02/12-As all of you might have noticed, the Bios pages was down for about a day for "renovations". Well, the renovations are complete
and we are now going to try to focus on finishing the tabs and making the site compatible with all screen resolutions. Thanks for waiting
patiently with us!
06/02/11-Well, as mentioned earlier, the Discography page has gone through a slight change. First and foremost is that it has much
better browsing and you don't have to scroll nearly as much. We also added the little button mentioned below and that is all for now. Enjoy!
06/02/10-Wow. Another update =) Well, now, whenever you go anywhere where you can click a button to get where you need to (eg. clicking
"A" at the top of the Tabs page to get to the "A" songs) once you click it there will be a little button which looks as so:
and when you click it, it shall take you to the top of the page! It is a big help, and many
will find it a big help as well. Another thing we are also planning of doing is re-doing the Discography page so don't change the channel!
06/02/10-Today I have three things to report about. First of all if any of you are looking for awesome B&P trading you could go to our
forums, or if you're interested in DVD's go to dmbdvds.com. Next, the layout will change
slightly (lol) on Valentine's Day (February 14th) however the love related layout may be up as early as tomorrow, so watch out for it! And last
and most important - the site now works with all browsers! After some coding changes the site works with all browsers! This is a major change
and we will be going through multiple minor changes through-out the next week or so to benefit you! (Such as sites being updated, tabs being
completed, and more). To get the latest on what's happening sign-up for our newsletter by clicking Newsletter above. Have a great
weekend.
06/01/22-It's official! We have a new layout! The BETA layout has officially been voted in by you. For many of you who don't know how,
we had a poll for DMB Fans to decide on which layout should stay. The first one to 50 votes would officially stay! As a matter of fact BETA
truly destroyed the old layout, with votes favouring it 50 to 5 (Beta had 91% of the votes, Normal had but 9%). The old layout is gone and you
can now only enter through the BETA layout only - which is a plus.
Another thing I did over the weekend was I finished putting individual pages up for the tabs. All the songs now lead to their OWN page where their own tabs are shown. Take a look by clicking the Tab button at the top. Nevertheless we still need the actual tabs so send them in!
Last but not least we are certainly going to have a new poll which I
will update A.S.A.P.
06/01/21-One major change is happening to this site. That one change is Tabs. As some of you have noticed we have started to experiment
with the posting of them. Today I have put all the song links under tabs so when you click on the song the tabs for it will show-up. As for now
all of them lead to a test tab page but will slowly be updated one by one. However for this to occur we need your tabs! Please send any tabs
you know of for the Dave Matthews Band, Dave Matthews, or Boyd Tinsley to dmbfansite@gmail.com with the
subject of "Tabs" and it [the tabs] will be posted on the site under the song within 24 hours. Quite a system, eh? Well, we are all waiting for
the tabs to come in and I'm sure it won't take too long. Also we are going to start a photo gallery soon, so hold onto your seats!
06/01/20-Wow. So much news today. Let's start off with good news by saying that the new and FINAL layout will be chosen once one
has gotten 50 votes. The second (by that I mean day) that happens, one will be scrapped and we will be left with but one!
Now let's continue our good news roll by saying that Dave Matthews Band has started a new survey for suggesting an opening act. This survey is available for anyone to take and is one submission per person. To complete it please go HERE. DMB will also start the contest soon for the Cruise Giveaway so be sure to check here for updates.
Last but not
least (well in this case it is), we find out that Dave's Cruise isn't bright sunshine for everyone. It seems that a soon-to-be couple who has
been planning to have their wedding on a cruise was just kicked off - by DMB! Click HERE for the video.
06/01/17-As many may have noticed, we have a new newsletter server. This one is much better and so will the newsletters. Don't forget to
sign-up if you haven't!
06/01/16-Yesterday I finished yet another wallpaper. The link will be at the end of this post. Don't forget to submit your own by
sending us an e-mail to dmbfansite@gmail.com
06/01/15-We here at DMB Fan Site have a NEW e-mail address. From now on you can contact us at: dmbfansite@gmail.com.
06/01/15-For once, news we've all been awaiting... The winner of the GREAT contest. The winner is..... Connor Reaumond!
Congratulations to Connor and your 24x18 poster is on the way! And thank you all for entering and if you didn't win just enter for the next
contest which will probably start next week. By the way I chose the winner by luck - names in a hat to be exact =P
06/01/11-Now recent news has been that Dave has been recording solo. For what, we still don't know, but possibly another album similair
to "Some Devil". Now another thing, I'm sure many of you have heard of the alleged "Free iPods". Well, I must tell you, it's not a hoax. I live
in Canada, and my friend completed it. He got it in the mail not long after he got 5 friends to sign-up under him. It has also been featured on
TechTV and even CNN. If any of you want to join in, just click HERE or click
on the link in the links page. Enjoy!
06/01/06-We welcome the new and improved Beta Layout. Please post your comments on the Guestbook. This layout is nicer, plainer, and
much more organized. Enjoy! P.S. You can access the old layout by clicking the other "enter normal" on the splash page.
06/01/05-For the first time I made two wallpapers worth posting on the front page! Yes, there are 2 new wallpapers for ALL DMB
Fans to use. Enjoy. Links below:
05/10/19-DMB will be having a concert for all Warehouse members who wish to join. It will be in the Bahamas, on a secret....
island. Yes, there is a cruise, and yes you have to pay. It's on February 3rd I think... I'll get back to you guys.
05/09/29- Recently, DMB announced they will be having a Winter Tour, and yes, the dates have been released. All info can be found on the
:Tour: section on the site, or at www.dmband.com. And just a quick note, I was reading Almanac, and DMB was
the 4th highest money making band in the world in 2004. Weird eh?
05/09/14- We at DMB Fan Site have gotten notice that The Dave Matthews Band has raised $1 250 000 ($1.25 million) for the Hurricane
Katrina Fund, and that number is expected to rise as they have another relief effort concert next Wednesday. GO DMB!
05/09/08- We here at DMB Fan Site would like to wish LeRoi a very Happpy Birthday! Yes, LeRoi's day of the year was quite recently, and
we are planning to put a new dp or something under special in media. We also know that The Neville Brothers will perform with DMB for the
Hurricane Relief Concert (05/09/12) at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
05/09/05- (quote from dmband.com): We, the Dave Matthews Band, applaud the State of Texas and the City of Houston for all of their
efforts in aiding the victims of this terrible disaster. We encourage everyone attending our show on Monday to contribute whatever he or she
can monetarily to assist in this endeavor. We are committed to raising a $100,000.00 in contributions to support the Houston Food Bank.? As you
can clearly read, The DMB is thanking Texas for what they have done to help Hurricane Katrina victims, and are collecting food and money
collections at their current shows. Way to go DMB! And by the way, DMB was the first artist/group to announce a relief concert. Let's all keep
those suffering and those that have perished in our prayers.
